The ninth level Dragon Centre on 37K Yen Chow St is a working-class shopping centre, with more affordable goods. Take exit C1 from the Sham Shui Po MTR station and an external escalator at the end of Ki Lung St will take you from the street level to the Dragon Centre 1st floor. At the eight level there is a food court with mains from 20 to 35HK$ and an ice skating rink called Skyrink.
