I used to go to Yoga Central - a well established club that offers hatha yoga, iyengar spin and Pilates. It has also beginner and intermediate classes Monday to Saturday for 120 to 200Hk per one and two hour class. It has variable hours and the address is Wyndham St no. 13, Central district.
