There is this noodle shop in Central district called, very simple, Mak's Noodle. It's exact location is 77 Wellintgon St. It sells tasty noodle dishes for only 25 to 50HK, among which the excellent won ton soup and the beef brisket noodles. You should go there for lunch or early at 11 am, as it is very busy at dinner time. Opening hours are between 11 am and 8 pm.
